Hi! I’m Reegan

UK-born (yes, half Pom- don't hold it against me haha) and Hawkes Bay bred. I did my schooling in Havelock North, and was heavily involved in competitive netball and latterly volleyball. Funnily enough I had another passion other than nutrition and sport which was Graphics at high school, intending on going into Architecture, but... I was not willing to do calculus for the rest of my life šŸ˜‚ so, Nutrition it was!

I moved down to Dunedin to study Sport & Exercise Nutrition at the University of Otago, graduating with my Bachelors Degree to then go on to complete my Masters qualification.

My path during my Masters was not... "straight forward" shall we say, as it was during my first year of my Masters that (to spare the details) I went through my own rather serious health issues. What once had been my dream to work for the All Blacks or Silver Ferns, to help them get that one tenth of a second faster or stronger, had me now realising that I had the ability and knowledge to help others who like me, really needed to prioritise something much greater than physical performance-

Health.

This was a big turning point in my career and not one that I will ever regret. To this day, I do still get the opportunity to work with everyday athletes from Cross Fit to marathons, netball to weight lifters, helping guide them on how to improve their performance which is and will always be a huge passion of mine.
